River Retreats with Camping
Camp Upper Colorado River or the epic Ruby Horse-thief Canyon
Our river camping retreats are either centered around a base camp on the Upper Colorado River or involve moving parts on multiday river rafting trips through Ruby Horse-thief Canyon. This retreat is for corporate teams wanting to see the sunrise, smell the scents of the desert or mountains, hear a constant stream of water, and get in touch with the eternal qualities that connect us all.

Our river retreats generally combine river rafting, fly fishing, hiking, wilderness skills, etc. Within these activities, we will combine leadership development exercises or team-building activities to help develop and further flush out the goals of your organization and retreat.

Upper Colorado base camp trips center on water activities, with nightly returns to camp and fires—real or propane—for evening conversations.

Ruby-Horsethief trips involve nightly camp moves and daily rotating leadership roles, blending river adventure with impactful team building and leadership development.
Mountain Retreats with Camping

We base our camping out of Rocky Mountain National Park or another wilderness area in
Colorado. These retreats are designed to foster connections with your team and facilitate technology-free time where you can reflect on the past year and plan for the coming year. Typically the daytime activities include hiking, rock climbing, fly fishing, wilderness skills, and survival skills.
Foster connections with your team & facilitate tech-free time to reflect & grow

We integrate leadership and team-building into each activity, with optional service or restoration projects in partnership with the national park.

Our camping retreats aim to unite your team through the beauty of the mountains. As John Muir said, “The mountains are calling and I must go.” Give your team a truly memorable experience.
