Culture & Cohesion
Modeled on the classic expedition race, the rugged Eco-Challenge is designed to directly influence team culture and cohesion. Its goals are to build trust and confidence and nurture creative thinking.
Team members are challenged to deploy on-the-fly strategic thinking and to accomplish team-centered tasks in a dynamic outdoor context. Certified wilderness guides facilitate experiential situations where team members practice collaboration, problem-solving, positive reinforcement, and care for each other’s safety.
Wilderness challenges can include slacklining, archery, hiking, rock climbing, kayak paddling games, paintball target shooting, and more. This program truly stretches participant comfort zones and builds tighter bonds between team members.
