Pricing based on number of participants, location, length of activity, team building stage (1-3) and customization.

Length of Trip:

6-8+ Hours

Trip Dates:

Custom, 7 days a week based on request. 

We can administer the DiSC profile assessment (1.5 hours) and then give the results to participants (1 to 1.5 hours).

Team Building Focus: Communication, Independency/Interdependency, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Planning/Adaptability, Trust, Bonding, Group Dynamics.

Locations: Denver Colorado, Pearl Street Boulder Colorado, Elkhorn or Main Street Estes Park Colorado, Colorado Springs, Denver Lodo, Fort Collins Colorado, Steamboat Springs, Park City Utah, Salt Lake City Utah or other mountain town locations across the state. Throughout Colorado and Utah. 

Included in our rates: The services of a professional educator/guide; any gear necessary to complete team building activities (if applicable); and snacks and water.

Not included in our rates: Round-trip transportation between your hotel and the team building activity location; land manager day use fees, which are payable directly to the park upon entry (if applicable); dinner reservation or meal; and gratuities for your guides (A 20% gratuity will be added for groups of 6 or more guests)

Special Notes: Our programs are designed in three stages:

– Stage 1: A group experience that allows participants to get to know each other better and enjoy a day outside of the office.

– Stage 2: This experience focuses on your group’s goals, which we will help you to identify.  Each activity will be tailored to your goals and will conclude with a reflective session.

– Stage 3: During this capstone planning session, we help design a plan that provides your team with the tools to apply the lessons learned during your activities when you return to the office.

Our professional educators are experts in group dynamics and team building facilitation, and they have up-to-date wilderness training, including first responder, or a higher level of education.
